Join Sian on this shamanic experience as you connect to the rhythm of your own heart as we come into a beautifully blended ceremony of cacao and drumming.

We will connect with the Sprit of Cacao and drink Cacao in Ceremony to open our hearts and settle our minds. Undertake a guided, healing meditation. Then you will be led to a place to find joy, inner-freedom and deep inner connection to spirit and all living things through Shamanic Drum. Through open hearts, trust, and instinct we will Drum with specific intentions. You will leave the circle a little lighter, more grounded, and more connected.

In this Monthly Cacao Ceremony and Shamanic Drum circle, you will:

• Experience a heart opening Cacao ceremony.
• Partake in a channeled, guided meditation.
• Learn about Drum.
• Connect and heal with the Shamanic Drum
• Open and close Sacred Space
• Develop and deepen your relationship with Shamanic Drum.

Bring

• your favourite mug for the Cacao,
• your drum (shamanic only, if not, you may borrow one),
• Towel or blanket to lie/sit on,
• Water bottle,
• Mosquito repellent.
• Wear loose clothing for ease of movement.

If you are curious, come and see and feel the magic a Cacao ceremony and drumming circles holds. There is no need to bring a drum, we will have extras. Just an open heart! Truly, you will love it!
