During the 2 sessions over 2 week-ends Helen will discuss the following:

  • How Mindfulness practices can help us enjoy the present moment
  • The relevance and importance of mindfulness
  • Origins and history of mindfulness
  • Using Mindfulness to reduce stress
  • Mental, physical and emotional benefits of Mindfulness and Meditation
  • Different Mindfulness exercises including breathing, concentration, visualisation etc.
  • Mindfulness and reactive behaviour 

When: Part 1 Sunday –   5 May 2019 &  Part 2 Sunday – 19 May 2019
Time: 9 am – 11.30 am
Where: The River House 193 Brisbane Terrace, Goodna QLD 4300
Exchange: $80.00 for both sessions and includes handouts and light morning tea.
